Within the 30-day period, you may return or exchange your vehicle if it doesn’t meet your expectations. To start a return or exchange, please notify us before 8:00 p.m. EST on the 30th day. We allow up to two exchanges to help you find the ideal vehicle. Please note that the third vehicle will not be covered by the 30-Day Buyback Guarantee and cannot be returned or exchanged if accepted.
During the 30-day evaluation period, you may drive your vehicle up to 1,200 miles. Any mileage beyond this limit will incur a charge of $1.00 per additional mile. This policy allows you to fully experience your classic car while helping us maintain its value.
Please be aware that a vehicle cannot be returned or exchanged if it has been involved in an accident, damaged, modified from its original condition, or encumbered by any lien or claim other than those related to your purchase. If you choose to keep the vehicle, we will begin the registration process once the 30-Day Buyback Guarantee period ends, ensuring all legal requirements are properly addressed.
If you decide to return your vehicle, any refundable fees will be processed and reimbursed within 10-15 business days.
